Our staff will work with you to determine the best possible payment options for you. We file insurance claims for you. Since participation insurance plans changes frequently, please refer to your insurance plan directory or call your insurance company to determine if we are “in network” or “out of network” with your insurance. Deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. We will bill your insurance for the balance.
➢ We are contracted with most major medical insurances, including, but not limited to:
Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, HealthLink, Humana, Medicare.
➢ We do accept Medicaid upon referral and within our referring area.
➢ We also accept Workers’ Compensation Referrals.
➢ We accept all Major Credit Cards and gladly make financial arrangements for any indigent patients.
